Your Impact:

  • Foster and maintain effective, collaborative partnerships with local operations leaders and corporate stakeholders to integrate employee experience considerations into their processes and strategies.
  • Design and implement impactful initiatives aimed at program enhancement and boosting engagement, such as focus groups and surveys.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to evaluate employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Manage internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and optimize employee interactions throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to launch and support the "Buddy" onboarding program for new hires in their departments.
  • Meet with new hires weekly to review and assess orientation and training, address questions, and resolve concerns.
  • Lead the weekly Employee Experience Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) meeting to discuss new hire orientation evaluations and program updates with leadership.
  • Administer and report on the weekly Employee Engagement scorecard regarding new hire engagement levels and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior leadership on engagement trends, issues, training needs, and more.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in root cause analysis, consulting with leaders, and conducting focus groups to measure employee retention.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven HR role focused on enhancing turnover, employee engagement, and processes is highly desirable.
  • Thrives in a people-oriented environment, demonstrating a collaborative leadership style across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to changing situations and effectively adjusts to new processes and cultures.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to lead teams and work groups to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and directed.
  • Comfortable working in a service-oriented, light production environment.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
