Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Clerk and Reservations Agent to join our team at Sea Crest Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling reservations for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with resort policies and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a similar position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $17.75.
  • A season-end bonus of $0.50 per hour.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including major medical and supplemental insurance plans, 401(k), and up to 6 weeks of annual vacation.
