The International Management Team is looking for a committed Resort Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our operations at Jonathan Harbour Resort. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring the efficient functioning of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Oversee reservations, allocate rooms, and confirm payments
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and manage phone communications
- Support administrative duties while upholding guest confidentiality
- Compile daily reports and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby area
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel or resort front desk role
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with effective multitasking skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications
- Experience with IQware software is advantageous
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, in-person role with flexible shifts, including weekends
