- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Support manager(s) and/or employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive material
- Familiar with a variety of healthcare concepts, practices, and procedures
- Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work as a team member and build strong working relationships with colleagues
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in business or health administration
