In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, maintaining a clean and organized donation area, and handling transactions with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to donors, ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, adhering to safety and security protocols
  • Handle transactions with accuracy, including receiving and processing donations
  • Responsible for all operations and security matters while on duty
  • Track donations and maintain accurate records
  • Courteously advise donors of unacceptable materials and provide information on pick-up services
  • Support the production process as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication
  • Basic computer skills, including payroll program and ability to learn other programs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables
  • Ability to use basic math skills and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Working Conditions

The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The employee is routinely exposed to outdoor weather and may stand for extended periods.
