Job Title: PT HR Admin

Miller Pest & Termite is seeking a Part-Time HR Administrator to support the HR department's daily functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.
  • Ensure company HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with state and federal regulations. Assist in the communication and enforcement of these policies.
  • Provide basic support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports, such as employee turnover rates, attendance, and other key HR metrics.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
