Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our growth initiatives as Vice President of Business Development. This key position will be responsible for driving strategic growth plans, opportunity roadmaps, and engagement campaigns to support the Constellis Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee business development and capture activities to maintain a healthy pipeline for the Constellis Division
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with corporate strategy and drive organic growth within the existing portfolio
  • Manage daily business development activities and oversee capture efforts across the team, including price-to-win and proposal efforts
  • Ensure alignment with leadership on business development objectives, competitive positioning, and strategic pursuits
  • Build capture teams and assign capture resources across the company in collaboration with functional area leads
  • Participate in the development and execution of periodic reviews and pipeline management
  • Understand the competitive landscape to assemble competitive teams to win specific opportunities
  • Recommend business growth and win strategies for major opportunities
  • Support teaming strategies and recruit industry partners to increase opportunity PWin
  • Participate in the annual strategic planning process and annual operating plan development
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • 15+ years business development or capture management experience
  • Multi-disciplined experience leading winning U.S. government captures in one or more of the following mission support areas: international operations, construction, infrastructure, operations and maintenance, logistics, and national security/intelligence community
  • Prior military or IC experience preferred
  • Previous project or program management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with capture tools and government opportunity databases
  • Ability to synthesize requirements and present business cases for action/corporate response in a clear, concise, focused manner
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Computer proficient and experienced with the full Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM
