Position Overview:
  • Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Flexible Work Options
  • Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by supporting initiatives and providing insights to leadership, ensuring effective communication and follow-up based on employee feedback.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analysis and KPI monitoring to enhance performance and workplace culture. Manage data collection and reporting aligned with business needs.
  • Talent Development: Proactively address organizational capability gaps by implementing talent development strategies. Mentor and train management and supervisory leaders in effective talent management practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to create and implement employee engagement strategies. Address grievances and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in establishing measurable business goals and provide ongoing performance feedback to ensure compliance and fairness in the annual review process.
  • Recruitment: Develop strategies to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process for various roles.
  • Compensation Strategy: Align company objectives with market data to execute compensation programs effectively.
  • HR Operations: Oversee and manage all HR policies and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors and oversee the development of HR staff.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a resource for HRIS and timesheet processes, providing training and support to users.
  • Recruitment Leadership: Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for plant employees.
  • Claims Management: Collaborate with claims management vendors to oversee disability claims processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven capability to influence through data analytics and strategic thinking.
  • Collaborative mindset in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
