Lead Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview:
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role, reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources. This position encompasses both strategic and operational responsibilities, delivering comprehensive HR support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by supporting initiatives and providing leadership insights through stakeholder perspectives, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis to enhance performance and workplace culture, managing data collection and reporting aligned with business needs.
- Talent Development: Proactively address organizational capability gaps, implementing talent development processes. Mentor and train management and supervisory leaders in effective talent management practices.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to create and implement employee engagement strategies, addressing grievances and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Partner with managers to establish measurable goals and provide ongoing feedback, ensuring a fair and compliant annual review process.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and manage the recruitment process for various roles.
- Compensation Alignment: Ensure alignment of company goals with market data to effectively execute compensation programs.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR policies and procedures, managing tactical HR activities and projects as needed.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR vendors and oversee the development of HR staff.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a resource for HRIS and timesheet processes, providing training and support to users.
- Recruitment Leadership: Lead the recruitment and selection process for plant employees.
- Claims Management: Collaborate with claims management vendors to oversee disability claims.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong business acumen and self-starter mentality.
- Ability to influence through data analytics and strategic focus.
- Collaborative approach in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
