Job Summary:

SS&C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues
  • Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue
  • Work with programmers to troubleshoot potential system defects/limitations
  • Communicate complex concepts in client-friendly language
  • Provide 24x7 Production Support to retirement plan clients
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams on system needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
  • Retirement Plan Services experience a MUST
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry is REQUIRED
  • Customer Service experience as it relates to Retirement Services
  • Attention to detail, Multitasking skills, Curiosity and the desire to learn
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Solid computer skills and general knowledge of qualified plan systems like TRACA
  • Able to work in the local office 6 days per month
