Job Overview

DiPasquale Moore is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full intake process from initial contact to client onboarding, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients and educate them on our firm's capabilities to achieve maximum financial recovery
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and other teams to determine case eligibility and follow up with potential clients throughout the intake process
  • Coordinate with investigators and attorneys for in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary
  • Manage multiple calendars and referral databases to ensure seamless client onboarding

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
