Job Description

Title: Client Relations Specialist - Triage Support

Location: Hybrid - Braintree Hill Park, MA metro area ONLY

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Issue Resolution: Research and resolve client-reported issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to make a real difference.
  • Prioritization: Master the art of assessing and prioritizing client requests based on their impact and urgency, ensuring every client feels valued.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with talented programmers to uncover and resolve system defects, with your input being valued and pivotal to our success.
  • Communication: Transform complex concepts into clear, relatable explanations that resonate with clients, enhancing their understanding and confidence.
  • Support: Be the cornerstone of our commitment, providing around-the-clock assistance for retirement plan clients and ensuring their peace of mind.
  • Expertise Development: Become a subject matter expert on the functionality and products of retirement solutions systems, empowering both you and our clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product owners and development teams to address system needs, driving innovation and efficiency together.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience - Retirement Plan Services experience a MUST
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry is REQUIRED
  • Customer Service experience as it relates to Retirement Services
  • Attention to detail, Multitasking skills, Curiosity and the desire to learn
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Solid computer skills and general knowledge of qualified plan systems like TRAC
  • Able to work in the local office 6 days per month
  • SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus
