Job Summary

The Client Services Specialist provides administrative support to practice groups, serving as a point of contact for legal and client teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with firm and client guidelines, developing and implementing internal processes, and providing administrative support to practice group leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to increase efficiencies and enhance client service
  • Provide administrative support to practice group leaders, including preparing and maintaining tracking reports and databases
  • Assist with identifying, evaluating, and managing potential vendors, including medical record collection vendors and court reporters
  • Act as liaison with litigation support vendors, ensuring vendors have received and are adhering to CMOs
  • Develop and coordinate methods for processing third-party vendor expenses, including communication of vendor payment guidelines
  • Analyze and reconcile client-related vendor and timekeeper expense reimbursements
  • May process vendor invoices and design and update client case management systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • At least two to three years of law firm experience and/or training
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
  • Thorough working knowledge of litigation procedures, deadlines, and rules
