Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base
- Guide customers through the sales process, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Close deals and overcome objections in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and latest technology
- Report to the Sales Management Team on sales performance and objectives
- Outgoing and dependable, with a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections
- Proficient in basic business math, including percentages
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Active driver's license with a clean driving record
