Job Description

Copeland Chevrolet Hudson is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with customers and create a loyal customer base
  • Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the features and benefits of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Close deals by effectively overcoming objections and negotiating prices
  • Follow up with customers to maximize every opportunity for sale or referral business
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
  • Report directly to the Sales Management Team, providing regular updates on objectives, planned activities, and analyses
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
Requirements:
  • Outgoing, dependable, and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy sales professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages
  • Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Active driver's license with an acceptable driving record
