Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our fleet management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of asset transfers and execute transfers to maintain up-to-date fleet management data systems.
  • Generate and distribute scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.
  • Communicate with the dispatch team to ensure timely equipment moves.
  • Process internal forms for equipment management.
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
