Administrative Assistant Opportunity

RemX is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This temporary to hire position will provide administrative support to multiple departments and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, providing a positive first impression of our company
  • Manage incoming calls and coordinate lunches and meetings as needed
  • Assist with facilities management tasks and support the Accounting department with uploading invoices and data entry
  • Perform scanning and electronic file maintenance duties
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
