Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of asset transfers, executing transfers and other processes related to fleet management data systems, and generating and distributing scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of asset transfers and ensure that all fleet management data systems are up-to-date and current.
  • Execute transfers and other processes related to fleet management data systems.
  • Generate and distribute scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to ensure equipment moves are scheduled timely.
  • Process internal forms for equipment management.
Requirements
  • Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively.
  • Individual must possess high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
  • Have sound knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
