Executive Assistant to CEO

At Dynatech International, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our CEO. This role demands a professional who can manage a broad range of executive and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for board meetings, including the creation of presentation materials and distribution of pre-meeting documents.
- Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive and leadership teams, as well as external stakeholders, on behalf of the CEO to streamline communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, taking accurate minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up with relevant parties.
- Oversee the CEO's expense reporting, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support to a CEO or C-Suite executive.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and adapt to shifting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of managing complex schedules and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
