Overview:
Oversee the strategic management of all on and off-premise establishments within the designated territory. Propel volume and profitability growth across channels on an annual and monthly basis for both customers and brands. Cultivate team development through the achievement of key performance indicators specific to the territory. Formulate and implement a long-term strategic vision in collaboration with key local accounts.

Responsibilities:
Effectively lead direct reports by clearly articulating roles, responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables.

Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives/Associates through continuous instruction based on Field Training Reports during regularly scheduled fieldwork, market surveys, and observation of sales team meetings.

Ensure that all necessary tools are available to support the achievement of goals and objectives.

Implement Succession Planning and Coaching throughout the team.

Train, mentor, and inspire direct reports to maximize their impact in the market.

Drive volume and profitability growth in both On and Off-premise channels on an annual and monthly basis for customers and brands.

Maintain robust relationships with the customer base.

Provide ongoing assessments of the effectiveness of plans by channel, key account, and individual customer.

Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as required.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and work experience.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.

Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office and various computer programs, particularly presentation software.

Must possess results-oriented professional attributes with strong verbal and written communication skills, utilizing diplomacy and discretion, along with excellent customer service abilities.

Ability to multitask, work independently or collaboratively within a team, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Employ sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.

Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory role.

Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, project management, etc.).

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Frequent driving is required.

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Competencies:
May assist in coordinating the work of junior team members.

Resolve issues that are often varied and non-routine, undertaking analysis and investigation to address challenges.
