Position Overview:
As an Automotive Independent Dealer Sales Program Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential leads and cultivating relationships with enrolled dealers across your designated automotive dealership territory.

Role Description:


This role is predominantly a remote outside sales position, with expectations for personal sales performance and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Travel may account for up to 60% of your time within the assigned territory, which may occasionally require overnight stays.


Your daily activities will involve in-person visits and/or phone communications to enroll targeted automotive leads into specific dealership programs within your assigned regions.

You will serve as a vital link between the offerings of SiriusXM and the designated automotive dealerships.

Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

Maintain a log of daily dealership interactions and key contacts for effective scheduling and tracking. You will need to possess analytical skills for follow-up and data auditing to ensure dealership activities are accurately recorded and managed throughout the region.

The territory encompasses multiple states.

Qualifications:
Exceptional presentation and training capabilities

Experience in both inside and outside sales is advantageous.

A proven history of diligence in a remote work environment

A Bachelor's degree is preferred

Familiarity with the geographical area to be covered

Experience in the automotive sector or field marketing, with a demonstrated record of sales success

A collaborative team player with a confident and professional demeanor

Self-motivated to meet and exceed sales objectives

Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

A positive mindset with a determination to achieve success

Experience in product representation, training, sales incentives, and category management.

Willingness and ability to travel, with potential travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Travel distances and territories may vary, and flight travel may not be necessary for many regions, depending on your location.

Compensation:
$48,000 to $52,000 USD annually

Benefits:
Monthly car allowance of $350

Monthly cell phone allowance of $75

Reimbursement for travel expenses on a monthly basis

Reimbursement for regular gasoline and general office expenses

Eligibility for healthcare benefits and 401K participation.
