We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our cabinet lines in Lowe's home improvement stores, capturing market share from existing competitors, and driving sales growth in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe's home improvement stores in the designated territory.
  • Train and become a mentor for new Lowe's in-store designers, providing product and sales training, competitive analysis, and computer design program training.
  • Build relationships and generate sales from existing in-store designers, assisting them in closing store sales.
  • Manage sales visits to each store in the territory every 3-4 weeks, requiring frequent travel with possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
  • Facilitate issue resolution for unsatisfied customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Receive and manage product inventory in new and existing stores, with the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with possible overnights, to cover the designated territory.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 pounds, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
