Manufacturing Equipment Operator

Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Equipment Operator role is responsible for the operation of production machinery to create high-quality food and beverage items while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Work Environment:
This position is situated within a 24/7 production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize machinery to achieve departmental objectives.
Organize, move, and prepare ingredients for production.
Document processes to confirm adherence to safety, quality, and production benchmarks.
Monitor operations to guarantee compliance with schedules and quality expectations.
Prepare reports summarizing daily output.
Inspect and assess production line setups to verify proper equipment functionality.
Conduct daily checks on production machinery for cleanliness and safe operation.
Sanitize production areas and equipment regularly.
Adhere to the Plant Safety Program, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols for personnel and food.
Ensure adequate supplies and ingredients are available for production timelines.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Candidate Profile:

Meticulous attention to detail.
Safety-oriented with a commitment to protecting oneself and colleagues.
Ability to comprehend and execute processes from initiation to completion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Capability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
Willingness to work shifts exceeding 8 hours.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods.
Capability to navigate stairs and ladders, and work in elevated settings.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and both indoor and outdoor environments.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
Prior experience in roles such as Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Material Handler, General Labor, or similar manufacturing positions is preferred.
