Human Resources Coordinator

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, a leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support its talent acquisition and HR operations.
The ideal candidate will assist with the onboarding process, maintain HR records, and provide administrative support to the HR team.
This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks and drug testing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to support staffing needs
- Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of related recruiting or HR administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
