Human Resources Generalist

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC, a leading pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join its team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support to the human resources team and site personnel, ensuring seamless execution of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• HRIS System Updates: Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and processing.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Employee Engagement Program Implementation: Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
• Compensation: Provide guidance on compensation matters, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.
• Affirmative Action Planning: Develop and implement affirmative action plans, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Organization Management: Maintain and update organizational charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field, or 7 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• SHRM-CP, PHR certification desired.
• FDA Regulated Industry experience desired.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• PeopleSoft, ADP, or other HRIS system experience desired.
• Experience in HR and/or benefit or payroll analytics.
• Ability to develop training material and present to all levels of the organization.
• Experience handling analytic requirements of large-scale projects and ability to multi-task with limited direction.
• Must be able to work autonomously in a self-motivated manner.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused; team-oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to cope well with change, risk, and uncertainty (ambiguity) and act decisively with incomplete or imperfect information.
