Human Resources Generalist

Cannabis & Glass is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Spokane Valley. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Administration: Develop and implement group benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as employee assistance programs and employee discount programs.
- Employee Relations/Performance Management: Conduct workplace investigations, administer progressive discipline, and manage employee attendance and leave systems.
- Talent Acquisition/Recruiting: Assist with pre-screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers, as well as directing and managing a team of recruiters and HR associates.
- Workforce Planning: Plan for current workforce needs, identify gaps in existing employee rosters, and make recommendations for changes in workforce needs based on store sales forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or human resource related field.
- 3 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in the retail, service, or manufacturing industry.
- 2 years of experience supporting workforce needs across multiple locations and states.
- 3 years of experience using HRIS/HCM software.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local law, particularly in the states of Washington and Oregon.
- Pay range starting between $60,000-$80,000 DoE.
