Position Overview
As an Account Management Specialist, you will be integral to the assessment and analysis of sales activities for both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass evaluating the details presented in contracts, quotations, credit assessments, property ownership records, and supplementary documentation to authorize sales transactions.

This position demands a meticulous eye for detail, robust analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with various team members.

Essential Duties
- Facilitate the onboarding process of customer accounts within CPI systems.
- Ensure adherence to CPI policies and consistent application in relation to Underwriting and Sales Requirements.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in data verification within monitoring systems to achieve departmental objectives.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all internal CPI policies and apply them consistently in the evaluation and decision-making process regarding sales approvals and denials.
- Assist in resolving issues related to underwriting determinations.
- Process underwriting and new sales queues within stringent deadlines.
- Clearly communicate underwriting decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Review escalated credit assessments to provide guidance and enforcement on anticipated sales requirements.
- Timely review of submitted approval items to ensure successful account activation.
- Possess working knowledge of all parts, pricing, and discount information to effectively address internal and external inquiries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Familiarity with underwriting principles and guidelines.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and learn new policies and procedures as corporate standards evolve.
- Professionalism and courtesy in handling internal and customer inquiries.
- Comprehensive product knowledge, including current features, specifications, promotions, pricing, and discounts.
- Proficiency in evaluating credit reports for both residential and commercial clients.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks accurately within established timelines and standards.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
- Understand and align with the company's core values, mission, and priorities, continuously seeking ways to meet or exceed goals.

Experience Required
- High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
- Up to two years of prior underwriting experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
