CRG Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join their team in Charlotte. As a key member of the accounting team, you will be responsible for processing complex accounts payable invoices, managing vendor relationships, and performing data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a target hourly rate of $23-$24 and a potential increase to $50,000 upon conversion to permanent status. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices in NetSuite, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
  • Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assist with cross-functional tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
