This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a target hourly rate of $23-$24 and a potential increase to $50,000 upon conversion to permanent status. Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices in NetSuite, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, resolving invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assist with cross-functional tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
