Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage the financial transactions of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records, and providing timely and accurate financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and wire transfers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in the general ledger
  • Preparing financial reports and statements for management
  • Assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Managing travel and expense reports and ensuring compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Experience with managing accounts in a multi-currency environment
  • Experience with international wire transfers and foreign currency transactions
