Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Evoscapes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our high-end construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects and maintaining our commitment to excellence.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and senior management, showcasing the impact of your work and maintaining strong relationships with all involved.
  • Lead by example, ensuring all work complies with the highest industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and manage project staff, including subcontractors and vendors, fostering a positive, productive, and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for motivating teams and driving projects forward.
  • Proficient in the latest project management software and tools, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
  • A creative problem solver who can think on their feet and handle the unexpected with ease.
