Your Role: As an Assistant Community Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of one of our premier communities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing community-specific financial activities, including daily deposits and rental payment processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal documentation and resident communications.
  • Facilitating lease transactions, from preparation to processing move-ins and renewals.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with property management software such as Resman or Yardi is preferred.
