Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Community Manager to join our team at MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining property performance, ensuring excellent resident relations, and overseeing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the Community Manager, oversee all phases of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and resident services.
  • Assist in maintaining property performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets company standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports, to the Community Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems.
