Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Community Manager to join our team at MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining property performance, ensuring resident satisfaction, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Operations: Assist in maintaining property performance, including overseeing maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service to residents, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist the Community Manager with various administrative tasks, including processing rent collections, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
