As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining property performance, ensuring resident satisfaction, and supporting the Community Manager in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Operations: Assist in maintaining property performance, including overseeing maintenance requests, apartment turnovers, and ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Resident Relations: Provide excellent customer service to residents, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist the Community Manager with various administrative tasks, including processing rent collections, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
