Job Opportunity

Interactive Brokers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, customer service, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in taking new and existing customers, providing them with purchases and taking calls.
  • Work in our client services departments, becoming the point of contact between our business and its customers.
  • Ensure a great overall client experience.
Requirements
  • Intermediate customer service skills.
  • Advanced math and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Ability to be persistent.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • Affinity with marketing and business.
  • Retail sales experience is a plus.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize a heavy workload under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
