- **Maintain Store Presentation**: Ensure the selling environment is customer-ready at all times by maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- **Operate the Store**: Open and close the store, count registers, and operate the alarm system as a keyholder.
- **Perform Daily Tasks**: Perform daily paperwork reconciliation, operational tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- **Protect Store Assets**: Protect store assets and inventory by following standard operating procedures and maintaining a secure environment.
- **Be an Ambassador for Our Company**: Operate with integrity and embody the values of Boll & Branch at all times.
- **Minimum One Year Retail Experience**: Minimum one year of experience in a retail sales role or comparable industry.
- **Basic Retail Math and Cash Management**: Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques.
- **Effective Communication Skills**: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- **Positive Attitude and Customer Service Skills**: A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with standard office and retail environment equipment, including phones, POS, and alarm systems.
- **Intermediate Knowledge of G-Suite**: Intermediate knowledge of G-Suite, including Google Drive/Docs, and Word and Excel.
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to stand for long periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb a ladder/step stool with or without reasonable accommodation.
