Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to assist in the operational support of a major healthcare integration project. This role is fully remote, with candidates expected to reside in specific states.

Project Duration:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 help desk support, including password resets and basic troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Office 365.
  • Assist in the setup of mobile devices and implement dual-factor authentication.
  • Guide users through logging into essential applications such as EPIC and MyChart.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for tracking and logging support requests, ensuring proper delegation to relevant teams.

Work Schedule:

Shifts will be established to cover peak hours, which are critical for the project's success.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in password management and remote support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Windows 7 and 10, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-user support.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively triage issues.
