Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our outside sales team at National Write Your Congressman.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about sales, leadership, and making a difference in their community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing outside sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Recruiting, training, and coaching outside sales representatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members meet their sales targets

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $130,000 in their first year, with long-term potential exceeding $180,000. Benefits include a unique benefit program, overrides, bonuses, and commissions paid weekly, as well as quarterly bonus opportunities from $3,000 - $30,000.

In addition to your base salary, you can earn up to $7,000 in fast start bonuses and enjoy career growth opportunities, incentive trips, and recognition programs.
