Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $120,000 in the first year, with long-term potential exceeding $150,000. The company offers a unique benefit program, overrides, bonuses, and commissions paid weekly, as well as quarterly bonus opportunities up to $20,000 and a fast-start bonus of up to $5,000. Additionally, there are career growth opportunities, incentive trips, and recognition programs available.

Job Description:
A NWYC District Sales Manager is a field manager responsible for developing an outside B2B sales team, training, coaching, and personal production. Since 1958, NWYC sales professionals have continually educated and involved small business owners in 'We the People' through referrals, in-person B2B sales, and utilizing a success-proven sales presentation and one-call close provided by NWYC.
