We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Willis Law Group LLC. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, arranging meetings and travel, and ensuring our legal team is aware of upcoming deadlines. You will also assist with preparing legal documents and contracts, and perform any other tasks as needed to ensure our firm is operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Manage office correspondence and administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, communicating with opposing attorney offices, taking dictation, responding to emails, and reminding the team of upcoming deadlines
Conduct legal research, when necessary, with guidance from attorneys and paralegals
Assist with the creation of various litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, contracts, and briefs for case preparation, and proofread documents as needed
Be willing to take on any other necessary administrative tasks to help the firm run smoothly
Use daily time records to properly process client billing with support from the accounting department

Qualifications:
Associate's degree, or some college is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
Able to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with legal software, litigation case management, and docketing programs
Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products
Organizational skills and communication skills are necessary for this position

Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
