Medical Office Coordinator

Northeast Occupational Audiology Associates LLC is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our busy audiology practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the master calendar for providers.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details.
- Process and maintain accurate records, including charts and logs.
- Coordinate with the insurance billing department to ensure timely submission of claims.
- Conduct billing audits and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the department, including equipment and office supply inventories.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of related experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 45wpm.
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
This part-time position requires a flexible schedule, with hours of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8AM-4:30PM. The hourly rate is $18-$20 per hour, with some benefits available.
