Job DescriptionJob Title: Trusts and Estates Administrative Coordinator

The Rockridge Group is seeking a skilled Trusts and Estates Administrative Coordinator to join their team in New Jersey or New York offices. The ideal candidate will have three (3+) years of professional experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include drafting initial estate administration documents, assisting with asset valuations, transfers, and redemptions, and providing overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals. The successful candidate will be highly organized, a team player, and possess an Associate Degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting of initial estate administration documents
  • Assistance with asset valuations, transfers, and redemptions
  • Collection of cash accounts, marshalling of assets
  • Assistance with preparation of estate tax returns, drafting of distribution documents
  • Overall general assistance to trust and estate attorneys and paralegals
Requirements
  • Three (3+) years of professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associate Degree
