Position Summary:
The successful candidate will enhance customer satisfaction and facilitate sales and registration processes. This role serves as the initial point of contact for both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a positive representation of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Some college education or a degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years in customer service or administrative roles is essential.
  • Prior sales experience is necessary.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Google Workspace, is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and WAVE training is advantageous.

Essential Duties:

  1. Manage phone inquiries, take messages, and direct calls professionally.
  2. Handle student registrations using effective sales and customer service strategies.
  3. Organize and oversee birthday and pool parties, supervising staff as needed.
  4. Address customer concerns and complaints with a professional approach.
  5. Assist customers with merchandise and vending purchases.
  6. Welcome clients as they arrive at the front desk.
  7. Track student attendance using the designated system.
  8. Ensure cleanliness in the front desk area, snack area, changing rooms, restrooms, and observation zones.
  9. Guide Snack Shack staff and monitor operations.
  10. Respond to voicemail and email inquiries promptly.
  11. Update promotional displays with accurate information.
  12. Provide administrative support to management personnel as required.
  13. Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding account issues.
  14. Prepare daily lesson schedules for instructors and management use.
  15. Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary.
  16. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
