Position Summary

Provide administrative assistance for the Bethlehem Field and ISG Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new construction service installation orders and scheduling.
  • Input essential data into SAP, DOJM, Design Manager, and Fieldbook systems.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is processed to guarantee timely service for customers and maintain up-to-date reports.
  • Support ISG and Field Sales by managing incoming calls from builders and contractors, directing them as necessary.
  • Communicate with builders to arrange service installations and establish new accounts.
  • Assist area sales with customer interactions related to follow-ups, canvassing, direct mail, and telemarketing.
  • Address customer complaints and other service-related issues.
Qualifications:

An associate degree or higher is preferred, but not mandatory.

Experience in an office setting with the ability to engage with the public daily is essential.

Proficiency in DOJM, SAP, Fieldbook, MapFrame, and Microsoft Office, along with other relevant systems, is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities, are required.

Must articulate clearly and concisely to potential customers and demonstrate strong organizational skills and reliability.

Education and Experience:

An associate degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is desirable.
