Core Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to oversee all customer orders.
  • Proactively monitor all project orders to guarantee timely and complete delivery.
  • Inspect orders and materials at the loading docks to ensure quality and precision. Communicate any issues to the Quality Control and Production departments.
  • Input tickets into Woodware (WW) for any damaged or missing items.
  • Coordinate with the Project team regarding any issues that may cause shipment delays or partial shipments.
  • Generate the Committed Item Report and adjust special orders in the production schedule based on material arrival times. For project tickets, notify the projects department via email regarding material status.
  • Scan unshipped materials on the loading docks.
  • Search the warehouse and production areas for misplaced items.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of one year in customer service or operations, with knowledge of Reeb processes.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, internet, email, WMS, and Woodware.
