Position Overview:
We are looking for a Market Executive to oversee our operations in the Central Florida region, leading a vibrant team and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and nurture essential partnerships with existing and prospective clients to enhance revenue across various iHeartMedia platforms, including Broadcast radio, Podcasts, iHeartRadio, and Live Events.
2. Collaborate directly with area CEOs and CMOs to formulate effective marketing strategies.
3. Cultivate relationships within the community, engaging with local governments, media, charitable organizations, and industry boards to create sales opportunities.
4. Participate in high-profile account presentations, providing guidance and leadership to junior sales team members.
5. Implement market-specific strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging company-wide initiatives and resources.
6. Support national sales strategies and adapt them to meet local market needs.
7. Provide leadership and oversight for direct reports, focusing on talent development and coaching.
8. Drive team performance and ensure accountability to business objectives.
9. Manage P&L for local markets, balancing revenue growth with operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
10. Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture with strong ethical standards.
