Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties to the highest standard.
    • Evaluate and direct personnel to ensure they are meeting the required standards.
    • Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation
    • Ensure that all food served is of the highest quality and is prepared according to recipe and presentation standards.
    • Expedite food to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
    • Participate in monthly kitchen inventory and ensure that all records are up to date.
  • Payroll and Administrative Tasks
    • Submit payroll hours to the Accounting Department on a timely basis.
