Job Description

The Kitchen Manager at Hi-Pointe Drive In is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring, training, and developing a team of kitchen staff
