Kennedy Jenks is seeking a highly skilled Lead Commissioning Specialist to join our team in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the commissioning process and acceptance testing for marine port and dry dock ancillary facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the commissioning work, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the commissioning work, including mechanical and electrical equipment systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of related experience and a minimum of five (5) years of commissioning experience, specifically HVAC and pump stations, with projects of similar size and complexity.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Certification required or the ability to obtain certification in one of the following: NEBB qualified Systems Commissioning Administrator (SCA), ACG Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), ICB/TABB Certified Commissioning Supervisor, BCA Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), AEE Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), University of Wisconsin-Madison Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), or ASHRAE Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP).
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 to $215,000, based on education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
