Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects.
  • Collaborating closely with project teams and field personnel to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality work completion.
  • Managing project budgets and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding budget and schedule status.
  • Supervising a diverse team, including engineers and superintendents, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Delivering consistent progress reports to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in mechanical systems.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects, particularly in healthcare settings.
