Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long-term business and client partnerships.
  • Recognize, address, and offer solutions to client issues and inquiries.
  • Facilitate open communication among our clients, their customers, and our Junior Client Relationship Coordinator Team.
  • Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, assisting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all information to our Senior Client Relationship Coordinators.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Junior Client Relationship Coordinators and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure all sales objectives are achieved.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar areas is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and approachable demeanor that resonates with fellow Junior Client Relationship Coordinators and other Customer Service team members.
  • Results-oriented and self-driven to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
